Name, email, phone number, and payment details you give us when you join, book a session, or contact us. Our website records anonymous traffic statistics; it does not collect personal information unless you submit a form.
How we use it
To run your membership, process payments, schedule sessions, answer your questions, and send you notices about your account or the gym. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging
If you text The Lab at (254) 470-8927 or give us your mobile number, we may text you about scheduling, your membership, billing, and gym updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
